What it does on every call, text and chat
Everything here is in every plan. Each feature is something the assistant actually does, using your information, your calendar and your software.
Phone calls
Natural conversation
It listens while it talks, so callers can interrupt. It acknowledges while it looks something up instead of leaving dead air, and offers two clear options rather than reading out a list.
Knows who's calling
Before the greeting ends it looks the number up in your connected software and past calls, so repeat callers hear their name and aren't asked the same questions again.
Checks identity first
Account details stay closed until the caller proves who they are: an email, unit, date of birth or ZIP on file. It only answers "verified" or "not verified", never what's on record.
Transcripts and recordings
Every call is transcribed and summarised with the action items, and recorded if you want it to be. You choose when callers hear "this call may be recorded".
Spam handled
Robocalls and sales pitches aimed at your business are ended politely, and repeat offenders are blocked automatically.
Calls out, too
Callbacks, reminders and confirmations, within the quiet hours and countries you allow. Leaves a short voicemail when nobody picks up.
Texts, website chat and social messages
The same assistant, the same tools, in writing.
Texts on your number
Customers text the number they already call. It answers, books, takes messages and alerts your team, and texts links, addresses and confirmations when that helps. Anyone who texts STOP is never messaged again.
Website chat
Paste one line before the end of your page and a chat bubble appears. Visitors are treated as anonymous: it can answer, take a message or a booking, but can't text, email or open anyone's account from the chat.
Facebook and Instagram
Direct messages to your Page get answered with the same knowledge. A reply you type in Meta's own inbox pauses the assistant on that conversation.
Photos
Customers can text a photo of the problem, and the assistant can ask for one. Each photo is saved with a short description; urgent ones alert you.
Your business inbox
Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 and new customer emails get a drafted reply. You send, edit or skip it.
Booking
On your real calendar
Live open times and bookings in Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Cal.com, Calendly, Acuity, Square Appointments, Zoho Bookings, Microsoft Bookings, SimplyBook.me or Mindbody. No calendar? Use the built-in appointment book.
No double bookings
A time offered to one caller is held, so two people on the phone at once can't both take it.
Reminders and waitlist
Day-before reminders answered with one letter, a kind "we missed you" after a no-show, and cancelled slots offered to the waitlist by text.
Deposits by text
"I'll text you a secure link for the deposit." Stripe Checkout on the customer's own phone, so nobody reads a card number aloud.
Field-service requests
Jobs and booking requests go into Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Jobber for your team to schedule, and technicians can send customers a live arrival time.
Messages and follow-through
Messages worth reading
Name, callback number, what they need and how urgent it is, plus the questions you always want asked. Urgent ones buzz your phone.
Work orders and tasks
A repair becomes a work order in your property software; a promise ("we'll send the quote") becomes a task for the right person, with overdue reminders.
Follow-ups you approve
After a call it drafts a short confirmation text or email. You send, edit or skip it.
New leads in a minute
Send your website's contact form to it and new leads get a friendly text within a minute, and a call if you like, respecting consent and quiet hours.
Documents from your drive
Emails only the files you allow, from one Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint or Dropbox folder you choose.
Transfers and your rules
Warm transfers
When a caller asks for a person, is upset, or describes an emergency, it transfers. Your team member hears a one-line whisper first and accepts the call; if nobody does, it takes a message or voicemail.
Emergencies reach someone
A burst pipe at 2 am reaches whoever is on call. A billing question waits for a callback in the morning, and nobody else's phone rings at night.
Rules you set
A visual rule builder: VIPs straight to the owner, after-hours emergencies to the on-call line, one number always to voicemail. Rules apply before the AI answers.
Watch and step in
See live calls as they happen, whisper an instruction to the assistant, or take the call over yourself.
Several locations
Each office has its own address, hours, team and inbox. Calls about one location go to that location's people.
Languages
Switches mid-call
Turn on the languages your customers speak, such as Spanish. The greeting adds a short line in each, and when a caller speaks one it switches its listening and its voice to match.
Texts in any language
In texts and chat it replies in whatever language the customer writes in.
Inside the software you already use
66 built-in connections
Property management, calendars, field service, CRMs, legal, dental, rentals, help desks, accounting, drives and email. Each one becomes something it can do on a call: find a resident, create a work order, check an invoice.
And anything else
Zapier, Make or n8n hooks, any REST API with an OpenAPI description, any GraphQL API, or any MCP server.
Privacy and reporting
Private by design
Card and Social Security numbers are removed before anything is stored or sent to the AI. Software logins, voicemails and caller memory are encrypted at rest. Export or erase everything about one caller in a click, for GDPR and CCPA requests.
Reports that answer questions
Daily digests, weekly reports, why people call, how many who wanted to book did, and the questions it couldn't answer. Ask your calls a question in plain words and get an answer with links.
Practice before going live
Simulated callers test your setup and show you a score and what to improve.
