What counts as a minute
Conversation minutes on calls. Calls you never wanted are free: spam and robocalls, blocked callers, spoofed numbers sent to voicemail, hang-ups before a conversation and anything under 15 seconds don't use your minutes. Texts from customers count toward your customer texts; website chat doesn't, and neither do spam texts.
Going over
Extra minutes are billed automatically at your plan's rate. If another plan would cost you less, the billing page tells you.
Pause or leave
Close for the season for one to three months and pay nothing meanwhile, or cancel at the end of the period you've paid for.
